工作地点：广州

工作内容：

• 负责邮件、网页数据、ERP数据的提取、存储、挖掘与分析
• 维护和升级现有技术框架，保证系统的稳定性和性能
• 理解产品业务需求，实现业务方数据端的功能与需求，数据可视化
• 维护与第三方客户的合作数据，解决第三方客户的数据挖掘与分析需求
• 和团队构建可扩展、高性能的数据端架构
• 与美国西海岸团队密切合作，可接受时差灵活工作

职位要求:

• 本科及以上学历，计算机/软件/电信或相关专业，3年以上工作经验；
• 具有扎实的计算机基础和编程基础，掌握常用的数据结构和算法
• 熟悉C/C++语言、Python、Java、go任意一种语言
• 熟练掌握 Unix/Linux 开发环境，能够根据需求快速编写 Bash/Python 脚本
• 熟悉Mysql/Redis/Spark/Hadoop/Hive/ElasticSearch其中一种或者几种
• 有大规模分布式系统经验优先
• 熟悉大规模数据挖掘、机器学习等相关技术优先
• 优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，对挑战性问题充满激情
• 善于学习新知识，主动性强，责任心强
• 具备良好的团队协作精神和优秀的沟通能力

About the Role:

• Data Operations: Extracting, storing, mining, and analyzing data from emails, websites, and ERP systems.
• System Maintenance: Maintaining and upgrading the current technology framework to ensure system stability and performance.
• Business Solutions: Understanding product and business requirements to deliver data-driven functionalities and visualizations.
• Client Collaboration: Managing partnerships with third-party clients, addressing their data mining and analysis needs.
• Architecture Development: Building scalable and high-performance data architectures with the team.
• Global Collaboration: Working closely with our West Coast team in the US, with flexibility to accommodate time zone differences.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, with 3+ years of professional experience;
• Have a strong foundation in computer science, programming, data structures, and algorithms;
• Are proficient in at least one programming language, such as C/C++, Python, Java, or Go.
• Are skilled in using Unix/Linux development environments and can quickly write Bash or Python scripts as needed;
• Are familiar with one or more of the following: MySQL, Redis, Spark, Hadoop, Hive, or Elasticsearch;
• Have experience with large-scale distributed systems;
• Possess knowledge of large-scale data mining, machine learning, or related technologies;
• Excel at analyzing and solving complex problems and are passionate about tackling challenging issues;
• Demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and eagerness to learn new skills and technologies;
• Work well in teams and have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
