The Marketing team at Yext is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager, to drive its marketing efforts in Northern Europe. In this role, you will execute high-touch marketing plans that drive customer and prospect engagement with target audiences. Aligning to the corporate campaign framework, you will partner closely with revenue leaders, global marketing peers, and additional key stakeholders to land and expand programs that support quarterly sales and growth targets for Northern Europe.  

This role requires strategic thinking, a customer-centric approach, experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, and cross-functional collaboration skills to influence senior leaders across a highly-matrixed organization are a must.

What You'll Do 

  • Support the field marketing plan to meet the pipeline objectives, ensuring it is aligned with regional targets, global marketing strategy, and priority focuses 
  • Own the pipeline goal for your assigned area and drive the execution of marketing programs designed to meet the pipeline goals
  • Be the main point of contact for Sales in your area, building and nurturing a trusted working partnership to over-communicate, influence, and gain alignment on marketing plans
  • Ensure proper lead follow-up to move leads throughout the funnel, provide feedback loops, and continually optimize to achieve a range of targets
  • Activate field marketing tactics such as events, email, sales plays, mailers, and ABM in alignment with and leveraging global marketing initiatives and assets
  • Partner with the campaigns and digital marketing teams to activate campaign extensions and sales plays
  • Work with localization team to plan and execute content localization strategy and review localized content and provide feedback to ensure high-quality localized content
  • Execute regional events and partner with Corporate Events to deliver best-in-class field event programs, including running owned and sponsored events (in-person and virtual), and supporting internal events (revenue kick-off, customer advisory board, etc) where needed
  • Work closely with the BDR, Sales, and Go To Market teams to ensure timely lead flow and follow-up during inbound and outbound activation 
  • Manage the field marketing budget to maximize return on investment within your resource allocation
  • Be the marketing ‘voice of the region’, creating a feedback loop with global stakeholders on regional nuances, needs, and unique marketing opportunities for the region.  
  • Partner with content and localization marketing to ensure all content is accurate and resonates with local audiences
  • Support and influence region-relevant content and media that engages and attracts new customers (customer stories, blog posts, white papers, press interviews, bylined articles, speaking opportunities, etc)
  • Engage with partners and our partner organization to create opportunities to work together to expand the reach and impact of our campaigns
  • Understand and support metrics and reporting for all regional campaigns including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and awareness metrics.
  • Establish repeatable templates, processes, and best practices for field programs

What You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • 8+ years of experience in role or domain (regional marketing, integrated marketing, field marketing)
  • 3+ years experience working in high tech, B2B Saas software or technology companies
  • Experience building and managing B2B multi-channel marketing programs - including ABM, content, product marketing, events, paid media, creative and performance tracking
  • Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development and execution plans for major field marketing, demand generation, and executive programs
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to make decisions, continually optimize performance and determine future investments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion
  • Ability to travel for events and campaigns as needed
  • A self-starter with a positive mindset, eager to roll up their sleeves and get things done
  • Budget management experience
  • Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
