Yext seeks a Senior Corporate Operations Manager to build and lead a company-wide Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you’ll define the PMO strategy, drive execution, and optimize project and work management processes to improve team efficiency, consistency, and visibility. You’ll collaborate with functional PMO leaders and project managers to ensure strategic projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll also be responsible for creating a PMO Center of Excellence and setting governance frameworks, best practices, and project delivery standards. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize, coordinate, and streamline project execution while ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
PMO Strategy & Leadership
- Create and lead the company-wide PMO, shaping its structure, goals, and best practices.
- Define and roll out standardized project management processes, methodologies, and tools that align with Yext’s business objectives.
- Collaborate with functional PMO leaders and local project managers to implement a PMO Center of Excellence with consistent practices.
- Lead and mentor project managers and other project professionals, building a high-performing, collaborative team.
PMO Center of Excellence & Governance
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices to ensure consistency across projects.
- Oversee project scopes, timelines, financials, and resource allocation across teams.
- Maintain a centralized project pipeline to prioritize and track progress against company goals.
- Ensure transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders on project updates, risks, and outcomes.
Project & Work Management Optimization
- Design and scale project and work management processes to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Lead the adoption and optimization of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
- Implement KPIs and performance metrics to measure project success, resource utilization, and delivery outcomes.
- Identify and fix inefficiencies or gaps in current workflows, driving continuous improvements.
Use automation and technology to streamline project execution and boost productivity.
Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations on project prioritization and resourcing.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
Work cross-functionally to foster collaboration and ensure smooth project execution. - Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external customers on project progress and key milestones.
What You Have
- 8+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, or corporate operations.
- Proven success in building and scaling PMOs at a fast-moving company.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Experience with resource planning, budgeting, and financial oversight.
- Skilled in process improvement and change management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.

Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits including medical, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; short term and long-term disability; 401(k) retirement plan; and vacation and sick leave.
