We’re looking for a Product Designer to support our integration team in our Budapest-based office.

When you join our team, you’ll work with designers, product managers, and software engineers under the guidance of a more senior designer. Your role will be to take part in the design process from problem-framing to building conceptual solutions and to help deliver experiences that benefit our customers and their business.

You will be responsible for designing and developing embedded experiences on Salesforce and similar third-party platforms, enhancing and extending our product's capabilities within these environments. You’ll work to seamlessly integrate our solutions into Salesforce (or other third party), ensuring a cohesive user experience that aligns with our brand and meets client needs. This includes customizing and optimizing workflows, data synchronization, and user interfaces to make our product an intuitive part of the Salesforce (or other third party) ecosystem. You'll also be tasked with exploring opportunities to leverage third-party platform capabilities to augment our product offerings, bringing added value to our customers directly within the tools they use every day.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with members of the team (both the scrum team and the design team).
  • Conduct best practice audits, lead user research, gather and study analytics, and carry on usability tests to feed the design process with synthesized report findings.
  • Design iteratively, using personas, journey maps, flow diagrams, sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Validate concepts with appropriate user testing methods.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including other designers, software engineers, product managers, and go-to-market professionals to create one cohesive, consistent user experience - from discovery to delivery, and after release.
  • Champion best practices to ensure we are making informed design decisions together.
  • Use and take part in the maintenance of the internal design system.

What You Have

  • 3-4 years of experience working as a UX or Product Designer.
  • Understand and apply tools and practices of HCD and UX with guidance.
  • Can articulate design decisions and the rationale behind those decisions effectively.
  • Experience in creating designs with one or more of the following programs or technologies – Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
  • Comfortable participating in the product development process with Product Managers and Software Engineers in a fairly autonomous way.
  • Natural interest in helping others achieve their goals.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adopting UX design skills and techniques.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills, identify problems, and suggest solutions.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Hungarian fluently and idiomatically

Bonus Points

  • Experience in designing Salesforce interfaces.
  • Trackable history of designing SaaS products.
  • Experience in working with or being part of an agile product development team.
