WWE is seeking a Consumer Products oordinator. This exciting entry-level position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and join the corporate side of WWE Product!

The position will work with external partners and internal departments to coordinate efforts on behalf of the Consumer Products team. This role will also be responsible for assisting our Product Development/Buying Team in all aspects of the product development life cycle from inception to in-house receipt date. This position will be an integral part of our team, acting as liaison between our Vendors, PD Team/Buyers/Creative Department, and eCommerce/Venue teams. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, be detail-oriented, have good communication skills and a strong sense of urgency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.

DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage development of creative assets, including content needed for digital and social media platforms; ensure on-time development, trafficking, delivery, and running of all assets for each campaign
  • Organize and assist with WWE special event programs, superstar appearances, and product launches.
  • Manage all pre-event logistics, including talent travel, talent memos, TV/Photo requests, etc.
  • Ensure royalty reports are received on time. Manage accuracy of information and follow up for statement amendments as required.
  • Work with New Licensees on introduction to Fanatics.
  • Manage PLE Store Calendar and regularly communicate with the Fanatics Venue team on deadlines.
  • Manage development of Pop up store marketing assets including talent photo ops, WWE.com articles and general store marketing assets
  • Responsible for data entry integrity of item information.
  • Creation of Item Sku's
  • Complete all Buyer(s) initiated purchase orders and transmit signed purchase orders to vendors.
  • Review all vendor sales confirmations for accuracy.
  • Enter and maintain all sku/vendor data
  • Coordinate with the PD/Buying Team all product information for e-comm
  • Weekly updates on order / shipping status
  • Enter and maintain all vendor information through Master Vendor Set up Forms.
  • Keep current with WWE programs, characters, storylines and products

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:

  • Competent interpersonal skills.
  • Competent oral and written communication skills.
  • Competent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of licensing/Consumer products experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Basic Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop knowledge preferred

  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and writing skills
  • Confident, reliable, responsible, proactive, and able to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Must be digital and social media savvy
  • Able to work professionally with employees, Talent, and external contacts of all functions and levels
  • Proactive and able to work independently using good business judgment and common sense
  • Can-do, flexible attitude and demeanor, and willing to "roll up sleeves" and pitch in as needed
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and ability to follow through on projects 

  • Pleasant and courteous phone and in-person demeanor
  • Able to represent WWE in an informed and professional manner
