Wunderkind is looking for a Manager to join our Referral Partnership Team. We’re looking for someone to help continue to expand our network, engage with our community of current and potential referral partners, think of creative, data-driven strategies to boost engagement, and grow out our current channel. Our ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who is coachable, learns fast, and someone who is motivated to be in sales. This will be a true cross-channel collaborative, networking, relationship building, and program administration role. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships.

Characteristics of the EIR, Partner, Client, and Employee Referrals Channel: Dubbed, “The Wunderkind Concierge,” this team is responsible for building out new partnerships and supports the New Business Development sales team as one of its top lead generation channels. We hire and retain the most elite sales professionals in the industry. With voluntary attrition close to zero, we pride ourselves in providing each individual with the resources and coaching to take their performance and careers to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Client and Partner Referral Team in executing relationship plans through detailed research and highly customized, multi-channel outreach to key stakeholders.
  • Be trained on Partner Management Systems, SalesForce, G-Suite, Teamlink, and Google Analytics to pull relevant information and track performance metrics, ensuring all partnership initiatives are data-driven.
  • Manage internal and external partnerships and communications across all functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment on objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Business Development Associate Team to plan and execute sales and partner-related activities, ensuring seamless integration between referral efforts and broader sales goals.
  • Drive strategies for partner onboarding, activation & revenue optimization with new partners at scale, ensuring each partner is set up for success and actively contributing to pipeline growth.
  • Meet individual & team deadlines, KPIs, and targets, ensuring all activities contribute to achieving the strategic growth goals for pipeline generation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new strategic partnerships that align with Wunderkind’s business goals, particularly focused on building a robust and sustainable referral pipeline.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry leaders, influencers, and potential partners, attending conferences, webinars, and networking events to expand Wunderkind’s network and strengthen its market presence.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience combined of sales and client facing experience in high-growth companies in the SaaS or MarTech space or comparable industry. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong analytical skills and proven track record in making data driven decisions. 
  • Ability to operate and excel at strategic and tactical levels with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. 
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both executive level and with peers. 
  • Can articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions. 
  • Strong presentation, problem solving, analytical and time management skills.

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
