Wunderkind is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Manager, Professional Services – EMEA to lead our regional services team, deliver exceptional client outcomes, and drive operational excellence. In this role, you’ll oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, QA analysts, designers, and project managers, ensuring world-class service delivery across a dynamic book of business spanning numerous industries.

This role requires a strong leader with excellent people management skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and a passion for fostering growth and innovation within their team. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align on goals, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results that enhance client success and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the EMEA Professional Services team, ensuring team members have the support, feedback, and resources to thrive.
  • Oversee client deliverables from onboarding through ongoing maintenance, managing escalations, and driving alignment with internal teams.
  • Work with the Director of Professional Services to help establish and manage goals for the team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring client goals are consistently met.
  • Manage resource allocation and prioritize projects to maximize impact while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability across the team.
  • Actively contribute to department-wide and company-level initiatives, driving strategic improvements and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning within the team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated success in client services, professional services, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in people management, leading a cross-functional team, and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build trust, manage escalations, and deliver results.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to drive operational success.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, tools, and concepts is a plus.

The base salary range for this role is £75,000 to £87,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
