- 5+ years of experience in professional services, client success, or a related field, with a strong track record of leadership.
- Proven people management experience, leading teams that deliver high-value technical and strategic services.
- Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build trust, manage escalations, and drive long-term success.
- Deep operational expertise, with a track record of improving processes and increasing efficiency at scale.
- Strong business acumen, with an understanding of revenue impact, team productivity, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with marketing technology, integrations, and technical project management is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira, ticketing systems, and workflow automation is a bonus.

The base salary range for this role is $105,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
