About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Growth Manager to take ownership of our owned marketing channels and drive audience engagement, lead generation, and conversion optimization. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with expertise in email marketing, social media, website optimization, and landing page performance.

The Digital Growth Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximize the impact of our digital channels, ensuring they work together to create a seamless, high-performing user experience.

Role & Responsibilities:

Email Marketing

  • Develop and manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely and relevant content distribution.
  • Curate content for the monthly newsletter, maintaining brand voice and audience engagement.
  • Implement segmentation and lead nurture programs to drive conversions.
  • Regularly analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Social Media

  • Define and execute the social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Youtube, Instagram, etc.).
  • Work with brand and content teams to develop compelling copy and creative assets for social media posts promoting content, events, thought leadership, etc.
  • Launch and manage an employee advocacy program to amplify brand reach.
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize content accordingly.

Landing Pages

  • Own the creation, design, and optimization of landing pages to maximize conversions.
  • Collaborate with brand, content and digital teams to ensure pages align with campaign goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing on copy, visuals, and CTAs to improve engagement.

Website Optimization

  • Identify areas for website improvements and collaborate with the web development team to implement updates.
  • Ensure content remains fresh and aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor user behavior and site performance to optimize conversion paths.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and landing page builders (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and best practices.
  • Experience managing social media for B2B brands.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments including content, digital, design, as well as contractors, and freelancers.

The base salary range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
