As a Supplier Coordinator
We currently have an open position for a Supplier Coordinator in St. Louis, MO reporting to the Credit Team Lead. This position is responsible for creating and maintaining suppliers domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all supplier set up both domestically and internationally.
- Maintain and update all supplier information
- Ensure all forms are completed by new suppliers
- Maintain supplier W9 forms
- Maintain and store records necessary for 1099 compliance
- Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-4 relevant business experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Oracle experienced preferred not required.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal time management skills and organization
- Comfortable working in an open and highly interactive, fast-paced, communicative culture
- Ability to embrace change and support multiple groups at one time
- Ability to work well in a team environment with positive energy
