What will you be doing?

The Service Request Center (SRC) is a team of SRC Analysts (SRCAs) within Sales Operations, responsible for the development of services pricing, governance of Services Statements of Work (SOWs), processing Services win requests, and processing Change Orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain standardized templates, processes, and guidelines for creating comprehensive and well-defined SOWs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Sales, and SSAs, to reviewing SOWs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer requirements and contractual obligations
  • Maintain a central repository of approved Customer specific SOWs, providing accessibility and visibility for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop project budgets and cost estimates, considering factors such as resource breakdown structures, external costs, and overheads
  • Act as a subject matter expert on margin thresholds, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organizations
  • Manage the Low Margin Approval and Prelim Win process within Salesforce
  • Process Services win requests, including project creation for assignment to Services organizations
  • Review and process Change Orders (COs) submitted by the Project Management Organization (PMO)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or related experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Ability to organize and lead a cross-functional teams
  • Ability to interface with WWT end customers in solution development and scoping calls
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships both inside and outside the SRC Team
  • Excellent communication skills
