Team Overview:
We are hyper-focused on providing business outcomes for our clients. Job Summary:
As a Services Solution Architect within the Security Solutions group, you'll hold responsibility for providing leadership and solutioning opportunities -complex and strategic programs. You will identify, shape, and close new business opportunities by leveraging competitive intelligence, business requirements, cost estimates, and solution options across business and technology services and industries. Solutions will range from Strategy to Implementation.
You'll lead teams in developing a competitive and compelling business case for our clients, designing and executing the competitive pricing strategy while mitigating risks, and articulating the value of the Security offerings.
This role will focus on evolving and growing the strategy of WWT's Security Solutions to improve WWT's market competitiveness, establishing strategic relationships to grow and expand the business, and driving business development and E2E solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and Consult - Play the lead sales role for WWT's complex services engagements
- Maximize Account Engagement - Partner with WWT account teams and sales organizations to qualify and close opportunities.
- Shape Solutions across multiple Consulting areas and Industries- Create and iterate on solutions that leverage the best of WWT and meet our client's business objectives.
- Build Program Models - Develop cost estimates and financial models
- Create Compelling Proposals - Highlighting Executive Summaries and overall solutions to deliver value to our clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum eight years of experience at a major management consulting firm, or in a complex service role within a major technology firm, or a consultative sales role for a complex solution/product company.
- Demonstrated thought leader-level knowledge with and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in engineering and enterprise security technology, including the following areas:
- Understanding of security architecture and related functions, and of NIS in general, that is applied to integrate and drive the execution of strategic priorities;
- Establishing thought leadership at the NIS and firm-wide level in Security Architecture;
- Establishing and leading NIS's business strategy and plan;
- Influencing others through leadership interactions with external clients, within NIS, across functions, and with Internal firm services leadership; and,
- Establishing the strategic direction for Security Architecture and leading teams to execute against the strategy.
- Proven track record in creating and closing opportunities in areas focused across Strategy, Technology, Security, AI, and Enterprise Architecture across multiple functions and industries
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and associated metrics
- Proven track record designing, modeling, and structuring deals utilizing various commercial models across consulting and managed services
- High proficiency at collaborating, managing conflicting interests, and dealing with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills: able to create compelling presentations to support concepts and solutions, write effective emails, and persuasively discuss strategy with senior executives
- Strong leadership qualities: able to have "presence" in senior exec client settings; capable of gaining the trust of customers; able to lead WWT team within the account
- Intellectually curious: a desire to understand constantly evolving technology solutions and how they connect to business and IT outcomes
- Assertive, collaborative, and self-starter with emotional intelligence as well as the capacity to learn and synthesize new information to provide customers and the WWT account team with valuable insights
