The WWT Internship Program is a 10 week summer program designed to give college students an opportunity to experience the workplace prior to graduation and enhance their education. Our program is focused on better preparing students for the business world while providing valuable contributions to our company. WWT interns work in a dynamic and collaborative culture that highlights career opportunities and advancement.
We are now hiring for Summer 2025. The program will begin in May 2025. This application is open from September 2024 to November 1, 2024.
Why Legal & Compliance?
The Legal & Compliance team is the backbone of ensuring WWT operates responsibly and ethically across all facets of the business. Comprising specialized teams, this department oversees a broad range of functions including navigating legal regulations, ensuring sustainable business practices, and upholding the highest standards of safety. By managing compliance frameworks, monitoring environmental impact, and fostering a culture of responsibility, Legal & Compliance plays a critical role in mitigating risks and protecting WWT's reputation. Together, these teams ensure we meet our ethical, legal, and environmental obligations, all while supporting WWT's business goals and creating a safe, sustainable environment for employees and stakeholders.

- Currently enrolled in a college, university, or certification program and will have at least 1 semester left after internship
- You must have a graduation date of December 2025 or later to qualify for the program.
- Pursuing a degree relevant to law, compliance, sustainability, or risk management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on document management and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Independent judgment and leadership abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
- Must provide reliable transportation and housing.
