What will you be doing?

The Program Manager is responsible for supporting the coordination of all aspects of the assigned portfolio of programs and projects to meet and exceed expectations. Thoroughly understands the programmatic approach and possesses the ability to build program structure to align towards departmental goals and initiatives. Assists in the development of the project management of programs and initiatives, including the development of project plans, deliverables, and timelines for execution. Develops and manages programs and events ensuring alignment with the department strategy; implements and reports on metrics to measure effectiveness, i.e. company-wide events, program attendance, and leadership events.



Responsibilities:

  • Monitors program progress, identifies issues, and proactively takes corrective actions to keep programs on track.
  • Manages schedule, scope, and milestone performance of the program(s).
  • Manages and reports on risks, issues, and changes that are impeding program progress.
  • Tracks metrics, collects data and assists with reports and presentations.
  • Compiles and presents relative data points to executive stakeholders and management.
  • Contributes to innovation, development of meeting planning and operational efficiencies
  • Assists in planning and supporting the execution of leadership development programs including program events, workshop, and sessions
  • Develops and recommends new programs, enhancements, strategies, and thought leadership to continuously develop and improve the employee experience.
  • Conducts all business in a manner that is consistent with World Wide Technology Core Values

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required (A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in related field
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect leadership development programs back to company objectives
  • Thoroughly understands the programmatic approach and possesses the ability to build program structure.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and demonstrate strong time management skills and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and assignments with limited supervision in a fast-paced deadline environment
  • Ability to use data to help inform strategy and direction
  • Must be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage impact of shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • You will be expected to come into our Headquarters for intermittent events when needed
