As a Consulting Solutions Architect (CSA), you will be partnering with Client Managers to provide the technical Pre-Sales work focused on Networking and Automation for our Enterprise customers across the Region. No two days will be the same as our broad offerings include Infrastructure Modernization, Multicloud Architecture, Security Transformation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Strategy among others.
Our Advanced Technology Center (https://www.wwt.com/atc) changes the game for us in many ways. It enriches and transforms the way we interact with our customers in forms of ideation sessions, demos, POCs, workshops, training, briefings and more. In addition, the ATC is a world class environment which enables self-education as well as career growth.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for providing Networking and Automation technical solutions to our customers and internal organizations. The CSA acts as a key resource for engaging with strategic customer relationships while also collaborating with our customer's teams and internal teams to reach successful outcomes for our client's business objectives.
The role will also collaborate with marketing and other teams to drive market data for the relevant technologies with the goal of understanding industry trends and the overall impact to WWT and our customer's business.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be a self-driven and motivated team player to help other team members and our customers overcome challenges to drive secure outcomes that transform security teams with modern approaches to risk and compliance.
- Produce tactical solutions and strategic frameworks that address security in complex customer environments.
- Make recommendations for building new infrastructure and improving existing architecture.
- Help implement and adopt new technologies for future deployment.
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfers and mentorship to peers as required.
- Simplify messaging and assist in vendor enablement for field sales teams.
- Create functional multi-vendor architectures and solutions.
- Engage in thought leadership activities: event speaking, blog posts, podcasts, conference attendance.
- Stay up to date on Security approaches, supporting technologies, trends, standards, and best practices.
- Help create proposals and presentations aligned with account teams and vendors.
- Learn, Understand and Evangelize WWT's differentiators.
- Familiarize WWT account teams with Security solutions and provide practice messaging updates regularly.
- Participate in the design & buildout of labs in our ATC
- Define POC and Customer Engagement guidelines.
- Knowledge of Information Security Standards (NIST, PCI, HIPPA, etc)
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity solutions in private/public cloud -- IaaS/PaaS
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity SaaS solutions (NGEP, IAM, DLP, Email, and Web Security/VPN)
- Knowledge of designing security solutions within Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Knowledge of designing Cloud solutions using Zero-Trust framework
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms such as MS Azure, AWS, GCP, and Oracle
- Knowledge around Microsoft Cloud Security Stack (CASB, App Gateway, Cloud Security Posture Management, Defender, Workload Protection, WAP, and Security Center)
- Knowledge of DevOps and Automation Solutions (SIEM/SOAR)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical Requirements:
- Enterprise-scale technical experience with network security, cloud security, hybrid infrastructures secure, architecture designs, and technology management. Required
- The technical aptitude and experience to learn new cloud security technologies and understand relevant cloud security market trends.
- Competitive Landscape: Knowledge of cloud security platforms.
- Partners: Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer need.
Preferred Skills:
- Breadth of technical security experience and knowledge, with depth / Subject Matter Expertise in two or more of the following Cloud Security Solutions. Required:
- Stateful firewall. (NG Firewall)
- WAF (Web Application Firewall)
- Data encryption and protection key services.
- SIEM, and Cloud Security Analytics
- Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR)
- Threat Intelligence
- Incident Response
- Security Operation Center
- Security as Code / Infra as code
