World Wide Technology, Inc. seeks a Compute Technical Solutions Architect (TSA) to deliver our AI & High-Performance Architectures (HPA) solutions to our customers in support of AI & Data Analytics workloads. This strategic position will reside within the AI Practice and as part of the overall Global Solutions & Architectures (GS&A) team. This resource will be responsible for developing and executing the overall Compute go-to-market with a focus on accelerated Computing Infrastructure and High-Performance Architectures (High-Performance Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning). In addition, this role will include assisting customers with the adoption and sizing of GPU hardware as well as building and deploying GPU-accelerated technologies.

In collaboration with other AI Solutions and HPA engineers, consultants, executives, regional architects, and sales leadership, responsibilities include:

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities with the WWT field organization.
  • Size and design HPA environments based on model type and customer use case defined by the line of business
  • Promote HPA solution designs and configurations based on customer-specific requirements.
  • Develop & deliver messaging that informs field-based training, enablement, and sales support. These items may include brochures, briefings, workshops, reference architectures, advisory services, and demos.
  • Train WWT and/or partners through roadshows and briefings on our unique ability to market, sell and deliver Compute solutions.
  • Design GPU-accelerated technologies remotely, assist with HLD, BOM, and LLD requirements on-site at customer locations as needed (DGX-H100/H200, L40S, HGX, OVX, AMD, Intel Gaudi)
  • Collaborate and align with our professional services organization to set the strategy for growing our Compute services business
  • Participate in regular virtual team meetings and training related to Compute products and solutions.
  • Support business development and marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Achieve compute certification requirements to maintain partner status
  • Develop partner ecosystems and relationships complementary to WWT's go-to-market strategy where applicable.
  • Drive partner product announcements, software updates, and product roadmaps. Assist in developing a go-to-market strategy for WWT to grow the AI & HPA business.
  • Work with internal collaborators including adjacent practices, partner management, sales operations, and marketing to accelerate data strategy business.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years selling, architecting, implementing, and/or marketing compute solutions, including the following solutions areas and products:

  • Supporting strategic sales initiatives.
  • Accelerated, Edge, and High-Performance Computing platforms from NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, Dell, and HPE, including blade, rack-mount, and modular solutions.
  • Interfacing, creating, and fostering relationships with strategic partners including NVIDIA, AMD, Intell, Dell, and HPE
  • Acceleration technologies such as GPUs, DPUs, and FPGAs
  • OS and virtualization technologies:
    • VMware vSphere, Red Hat Linux/KVMm, and Microsoft Windows/Hyper-V
    • DGX OS (based on Ubuntu)
    • Openshift AI Platform
    • NVIDIA NVAIE
  • Strong organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and negotiation skills are required.
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

Working knowledge of the following areas and products:

  • Docker & Kubernetes
  • Cluster Networking
  • Cluster and Workload Management - NVIDIA (BCM) and Slurm
  • Python coding a plus
  • Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, toolkits, and workloads
  • Firm organizational, conflict resolution, time management and negotiation skills are required
  • Travel Requirements: 25-50%

Preferred Locations: GA, MO, AZ, NC, TX, FL and potentially others
