WWT EMEA UK currently has an opportunity available for an Associate Strategic Engagement Manager to support our EMEA based resources, across multiple services in London UK. The Associate Strategic Engagement Manager will work with internal partners and stakeholders to provide management of our EMEA based resources across multiple service lines. Additionally, the ASEM will work directly with the SEM team in assisting with the support of our teams, special projects and day-day operations. The goal of the ASEM role is to develop into an SEM, ideally in 12-18 months, by growing and learning in the areas of personnel management, business operations, marketing, and all things WWT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Managing our consultants that have been placed onsite with customers across EMEA, supporting multiple service lines across WWT.

  • Build strong working relationships with our consultants and key internal stakeholders across multiple service lines
  • Onboarding consultants, regular meetings (1-1's), communication, status reports, etc.
  • Function as the escalation path for any issues for resources
  • Encourage use of WWT tools and processes, and encourage resource involvement with other teams within WWT.
  • Responsible for staffing projects and managing utilization for customer engagements
  • Capacity planning and forecasting for future engagements
  • Coach and mentor our consultants on PS/WWT best practices
  • Providing support to the wider EMEA SEM Team
  • Play a key role in ensuring our UK/APAC SR data is continuously up to date
  • Consistently reinforce WWT and our Core Values.
  • 2+ years of contractor management experience, preferably in a Professional Services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of and proven experience with engagement management/resource management.
  • Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry strongly preferred.
  • Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacity.
  • Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Desire to be a leader
  • Baseline knowledge of IT/Technical industry a plus as well
