The IT- Lead to Order organization has an opening for an IT Analyst on one of our application delivery teams. Our team supports 2 distinct custom applications: Comet and Lifecycle Management. Comet is our internal and external facing application used to manage maintenance contract information for our customers. Lifecycle Management provides our internal and external customers with insights into their enterprise agreement, SaaS and Cloud contracts, including contract status, contract value and start & end dates. These applications support our inside sales teams, account managers and our external customers. The team's applications have high visibility within the organization. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team consisting of other analysts, developers, architects and product owners.

What will you be doing?

The ideal candidate will be working closely with our business and product owners to define the requirements of and implement two new modules within our Recvue software instance, supporting all our recurring revenue business processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders and the Product Owner to gather, analyze and define business requirements.
  • Work with the software developers to provide functional details of the business request and work with them to deliver a technical solution.
  • Testing the end-to-end solution to ensure complete satisfaction of internal and external users
  • Participate in the on-going development and support of IT applications in our Customer Experience organization.
  • Analyze data flow within the WWT order process across various boundary applications and custom web applications to resolve issues and to identify process improvements.
  • Create training documents, QA flows and work instructions so that solutions can be implemented and used by end users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience required
  • 2-5 years of experience working as an IT Analyst required
  • 2-5 years of experience working directly with business stakeholders required
  • Preferred experience in recurring revenue models and billing methodologies. (XaaS, Consumption, usage models)
  • Preferred experience in billing and revenue management, order to cash relating to subscription or SaaS (Software as a Service) based lines of business.
  • Preferred working knowledge of business applications to support quote-to-invoice business processes (CRM/ERP tools such as Oracle NetSuite, RecVue, Salesforce Billing & Revenue Management, Coupa, Etc.)
  • Experience designing & implementing integrations with end-to-end e-commerce applications.
  • Experience in system implementation/solutions, crafting policies for software operations, and subscription management
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication for both a technical and non-technical audience.
