What is the Legal & Compliance Team and Why Join?

The Legal & Compliance Team at WWT is a dedicated group of professionals supporting WWT's mission to uphold rigorous corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and ethical practices globally. As part of this team, you'll work directly with the Senior Manager of Global ESG & Business Continuity, collaborating with experts on initiatives that span Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to support impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing, dynamic, and friendly Legal and Compliance department of a fast-paced, global IT systems integrator. We are looking for someone with a passion for organization and customer delight, reporting directly to the company's Senior Manager, Global ESG & Business Continuity.

The Administrative Coordinator is a global role responsible for supporting the ESG & EHS Programs. The role will require compiling and maintaining audit and departmental documentation and maintaining an information repository for the department. This position will provide overall administrative support to the ESG & EHS programs. The successful candidate should be proactive, autonomous, enjoy working hard and being challenged, have strong written and oral communication skills, be quick to learn new tools, and demonstrate sound and pragmatic judgment in a variety of situations.

Responsibilities:

As the Administrative Coordinator, you will:

  • Handle initial intake of requests for information regarding all areas of the ESG, BC & EHS Programs.
  • Review, analyze, and coordinate the subject matter expert responses to the requests.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable information database for the program.
  • Create and maintain documentation for the program, including PowerPoint presentations, Word, and Excel formatted documents.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of website content, ensuring information is current and engaging.
  • Update and refresh content on communication platforms, including intranet and social media sites.
  • Develop and assist with marketing materials and content for programs and events.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in data management, marketing, administrative, and/or office-related work experience
  • Ability to set goals and manage multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated data management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and creatively enhance content across various platforms, including websites and social media.
  • Strong interpersonal/communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines
  • Investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work independently, with minimal direction
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and database management
