The Partnerships Success Manager will play a critical role in cultivating and managing our most trusted innovator and partner relationships to drive growth across our communities. This position will report into our Head of Partnerships Success and will be a part of the Partnership Success team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team and Commercial Lead for our partner communities. This role will lead a growing team responsible for the growth, development, and relationship management of a community of solutions at the bleeding edge of innovation. The Partnership Success Manager is responsible for the launch of strategic business development initiatives, industry partnership development, development of new product and market launch strategies, and leading and fostering a strong team.
  • New Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new partnerships and achieve sponsorship, intake, and event revenue goals.
  • Strategic Industry Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with investors, accelerators, advisors, and other industry institutions to expand market reach and create new revenue streams.
  • Partnerships and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Uncover opportunities for product and market expansion: Conduct thorough market research to identify market trends, and competitive opportunities. Analyze data and insights to develop targeted strategies for business expansion aligned with key business initiatives.
  • Revenue Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue projections for all partnership success activity (events, programming, sponsorships, etc.). Generate regular reports to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams and membership leads to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives
  • Team Development: Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive team environment through mentorship, coaching, continuous training, constructive feedback, and recognition, fostering a culture of empowerment, growth, and collective success.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer/Client Relations
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the flexibility to accommodate different situations and personalities
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Persistence, resourcefulness, drive and ability to work proactively
  • Flexibility to work outside of strict job description parameters, thinking creatively about how to provide highest quality of service
  • Outstanding project management, scheduling and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrate poise in personal interactions with C-level executives

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or Marketing preferred
  • Experience with salesforce or equivalent CRM
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing successful client/partner relationship management strategies
  • Proven track record of leading and implementing key business development initiatives and successfully delivering on revenue goals
