Working as a Membership Development Associate (SDR) at World 50 Group, you will play a critical role in the success of our global sales team, creating the fuel required to accelerate the growth of our membership business. You will be a member of our fast paced sales development team and will be our eyes and ears in the market, building relationships, providing feedback and gaining commitment from senior executives in multi billion-dollar organisations.

World 50 facilitates private communities for global executives in key leadership functions including: CEOs, divisional presidents, marketing, human resources, supply chain and others. Membership in each group is by invitation only. Members participate in world-class gatherings; interact with extraordinary business, thought and world leaders, and exchange knowledge in various facilitated, collaborative forums.

The role

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for cold-calling prospects, building a sales pipeline and educating prospects on the value World 50 is delivering. You will become an expert at using lead generation tools and be able to conduct sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips. If you're passionate about understanding how business works, providing a world-class customer experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact senior procurement executives via telephone, email and LinkedIn
  • Arrange qualified sales meetings for the Sales Directors
  • Produce detailed call notes for the Sales Directors and assist them in closing deals
  • Educate prospects on the value that World 50 delivers to its members
  • Identify and connect with new contacts who align with the World 50 value proposition. Are they a perfect fit for our community? Do they embody a collaborative spirit, possess a low ego, and have a desire to share and be vulnerable with their peers?
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate intel on prospective members

This opportunity offers a £28,000 basic salary with an uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £40,000-£45,000.
