HR Operations Associate

We are looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Associate to join our growing HR function. Based in our Atlanta office, this generalist role will support the P&C team to deliver services to World 50 Group in the US. This person is a versatile self-starter who is excited about doing whatever it takes to support and enable coworkers through all stages of the employee lifecycle and implement a positive overarching employee experience. The Global P&C team is dedicated to supporting the growth of World 50 Group and increasing employee satisfaction and engagement; this role is a responsive and visible part of the team. This position will report to the North American Head of People & Culture at World 50 Group.

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all associate data and human resources records in databases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems (UKG, Google)
  • Process semi-monthly payroll for all associates
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, employee performance and incentive programs
  • Advise associates on the interpretation of human resources policies, compensation, and benefit programs
  • Maintain and deliver consistent HR reporting to team members and leaders
  • Support talent acquisition team in recruitment activities such as phone screens, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Facilitate all onboarding and off-boarding activities and processes
  • Support the operational execution of Learning and Development programs
  • Support the execution of employee experience initiatives
  • Ensure legal compliance with HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws in all policies and procedures
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole
  • Independently lead projects with supervision and oversight from HR leadership

Requirements

We are looking for an execution focused mindset individual who is reliable, enthusiastic, proactive and who can work effectively as part of a global team and on their own initiative. You will need to be flexible, have a strong employee first work ethic and be able to cope with a variety of tasks, working with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years of work-related or post graduate experience in a HR generalist or similar role
  • Bachelor's degree, with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership
  • Experience with processing payroll
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Proactive mindset to work
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to write code and UKG Pro experience or familiarity is a plus
