As an Events Coordinator at Procurement Leaders you will be responsible for supporting with planning, managing and delivering a world class calendar of international events. You will support with all aspects of event organisation and execution, getting stuck into the details and supporting attendees. Take a look at some of our events here.

Job details:

  • Managing all attendee communication, attendance and registration for events including preparing delegate badges
  • Assisting and responding to attendee inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner
  • Preparation and dissemination of all event materials, both on site and digitally and ensuring the event app is updated
  • Updating event reports on a monthly/weekly/daily basis, as progress and commitments are made and recording all spend on events
  • Coordinating with event manager/marketing to create a Post Event Report
  • Supporting with the planning and execution of event logistics: couriers, travel planning, venue selection, accommodation, vendor management etc
  • Working closely with event manager on event details specifically seating and guests attendance
  • Supporting with the coordination of staff, suppliers and delevates on site
  • Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
  • Support the company's pledge to stay ahead in terms of sustainability in the event space

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years events experience required, ideally in person coordination experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong work ethic, making the most of time in the office
  • Must possess strong customer service skills to provide consistent level of service and professional support for attendees in a timely manner
  • Able to work in office a minimum of twice per week, plus 1 Friday every month
  • Passion and commitment for sustainability

This opportunity offers a £28,000-£32,000 basic salary depending on experience and a 10% discretionary bonus.
