Job Summary:

The Community Manager is responsible for facilitating connections and collaboration within the Procurement Leaders community, hosting regular interactions both virtual and in person. The role involves engaging with our membership on various platforms, creating content, and supporting our enterprise renewal goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, strong emotional intelligence and is someone who is comfortable engaging with groups of senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate a calendar of collaboration activities for procurement executives dependent on their needs and deliverables
  • Create synopses for discussions which deliver tangible value to members
  • Facilitate discussions and ensure participants feel part of a community conversation
  • Deliver community insight to sections of the membership community, both live and in person
  • Facilitate networking sessions among members
  • Drive engagement and support renewal impact
  • Capture community insight into reusable objects
  • Working with commercial colleagues to drive member engagement at the right time to impact renewal

What we are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience delivering value to clients/customers
  • Experience in account management, event management, marketing or journalism
  • Strong executive presence and experience working with C-suite level
  • Collaborative, curious and thought partner
  • Active listener with excellent writing capabilities and detail orientation
