This position is designed to build relationships with key ISV partners, integrate Workato's platform with their core offerings, and drive joint solutions across the EMEA region.
The EMEA ISV Partner Manager will have a strategic role in developing and executing GTM plans, fostering both business and technical relationships, and ensuring successful collaborations to drive revenue growth
You will:
- Build and manage field relationships with ISV partners and Workato's sales teams across EMEA.
- Guide the development and launch of joint solutions.
- Execute regional GTM plans to enhance pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- Establish deep business and technical relationships to facilitate partner interactions.
- Managing complex negotiations.
- Drive adoption rates and track partner progress against account plans.
Qualifications / Experience / Soft Skills
- Over 7 years of experience in sales and indirect or channel partnerships.
- A robust network of ISV technology partners and SaaS experts.
- Exceptional communication skills to connect with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong negotiation skills to navigate commercial discussions.
- High productivity under pressure and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
- Technical acumen with familiarity in cloud, integration, and automation.
