As a Partner Solution Architect in the Global Partner Enablement & Solutions Team, you will take the lead in empowering EMEA partners and enabling them to deliver transformative Enterprise Orchestration and AI solutions across various industries in both pre- and post-sales capacities.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our key partners-including consulting firms, system integrators, and technology partners-to enable them to architect, design, and implement innovative solutions that tackle complex business challenges.
You will also be responsible to:
- Build relationships with key partner technologists and chief technology leaders in EMEA.
- Enabling, training and supporting partners on Workato's product, best practices, architectural patterns.
- Execute architectural workshops, engagements, PoCs and demos with our partners
- Support partners during the implementation phase for strategic accounts, providing technical oversight, troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Guide our strategic Partner Technologists, Client Leads, Practice Leads, Vertical BU leaders, CTOs, Engineers and Consultants through Workato's Point of View
- Collaborate with technologists from our strategic partners to ideate, build and take joint solution capabilities to market
- Create and execute high impact technical / architectural presentations and top notch programs, workshops and demos for partner technical and architectural enablement
- Represent Workato and our joint capabilities with our strategic partners at industry and tech conferences
- Be the technical solutions expert with an aptitude for technical advising, troubleshooting and analysis
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to review partner requirements and feedback, and identify opportunities for Workato platform enhancements
- Collaborate with multiple teams (Sales, Partner Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to improve the product's vision and to make global businesses and organizations successful
- Set and achieve quarterly objectives to improve internal processes, develop subject-matter expertise and promote knowledge sharing and asset contribution in the team
- Prioritize and deliver outstanding partner experience to Workato partners
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (10-15 years) in a similar role within the Integration and Automation industry.
- Deep understanding of integration technologies, API frameworks, and cloud platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Boomi, web methods, TIBCO, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, SAP)
- Strong proficiency in architecting solutions using iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) tools, preferably Workato.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with consulting firms, system integrators, or technology vendors.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Workato, Salesforce, AWS, Azure) are a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience
- Fast learner who can independently conduct extensive research, and synthesize ideas, information and options quickly
- Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
