The Harry Walker Agency is seeking a Senior Booking Agent. Experience in event planning that included client contact and written communications is a plus, but not essential. The candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and must be able to handle a high volume administrative work including contract compilation and database work. .

All administrative support to Agents as needed, including but not limited to:

  • Work within CRM database to input opportunities, invitations and firm offer details
  • Filing and managing communications and for Sales Agents
  • Tracking and communicating requested contract edits

Business Development/ Sales Support work including:

  • Miscellaneous support work which may include prospecting phone calls
  • Preparing and emailing sales proposals and various communications to potential buyers
  • Independently handling incoming requests for speakers that are low or no fee invitations
  • Heavy database management including but not limited to report generation and analysis. The goal of this is to identify and leverage opportunities for increased sales.

You Have These:

  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials in a timely manner
  • Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
  • Ability to find creative solutions and maintain a positive attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Interested reading knowledge of Current Affairs and Business Trends

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$58,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$75,000 annually
