The Role and What You'll Do:

The Wall Group is a fully integrated agency that focuses on providing its talent with the most effective and well-executed representation. With offices in Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and London, the business has grown to represent fashion stylists, hair stylists, makeup artists, expert influencers, production designers and motion DPs. From editorial, advertising or commercial bookings to long-term contractual engagements in the fashion, entertainment or endorsement arena, our artists benefit from unrivaled professionalism and contacts with both high fashion and celebrity clientele.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and is both a self-starter and team player. The person is proficient in technology, detail-oriented, organized, thorough, and possesses strong written and oral communication skills.

You will have to make key decisions in a timely manner by exercising sound judgment. Previous experience in talent management is a must, as well as experience supervising junior managers and/or manager-track assistants. We will also consider candidates with strong, translatable experience in the beauty and fashion industries who possess a broad network of industry-relevant contacts and a willingness to leverage those relationships to elevate the profile of our clients.

As a Manager, you will be entrusted with a roster of talent and will be responsible for managing and developing your artists' careers. Responsibilities will include unsupervised contact with clients and talent regarding both specified and ad hoc circumstances, along with the proven ability to sign new talent and generate new business opportunities. All communication between The Wall Group and the artists on your roster will go through you, and you are responsible for ensuring that your artists receive accurate information with respect to their business activities.

  • Have daily communication with artist.


  • Oversee artists' bookings


  • Create estimates /deal memos


  • Execute client-facing duties, including business procurement, as well as fostering ongoing business relationships; negotiating term sheets; promoting artists with a view towards creating future opportunities.


  • Interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, as well as a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.


  • Organize, maintain, and update electronic databases and paper files.


  • Have work hour flexibility

You Have These:

  • 4-7 years of talent management experience


  • Proven the ability to manage all CRM entries with complete and accurate information


  • Proven the ability to manage accounting/ overseeing all talent billings


  • Proven the ability to build new business


  • Proven the ability to maintain/ develop strong industry relationships


  • Proven the ability to strategize and build artist career growth and trajectory


  • The ability to cultivate new assistants effectively


  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


  • Strong attention to detail


  • Comfort when dealing with a diverse variety of people on the telephone, e-mail and in person, in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.


  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion


  • Ability to stay one step ahead in this fast-moving environment


  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while demonstrating poise, resourcefulness and the highest level of professionalism.


  • A demonstrated interest in fashion, beauty, media, and/or entertainment preferred.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$82,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$110,000 annually
