The Role and What You'll Do:
WME is seeking a Manager on the Impact, Inclusion and Advocacy team who will be primarily responsible for overseeing philanthropic, charitable, and social impact projects across the WME Sports client portfolio as well as additional departments across WME. They will report to the Vice President of Impact, Inclusion and Advocacy based in Beverly Hills and carry out all the ongoing processes and procedures for client management, research and ideation, and internal communications. The position allows for growth and direct interaction with senior executives, agents, clients, and key external partners.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. They will demonstrate an understanding of impact and industry trends, be able to vet and recommend nonprofit organizations and initiatives and are able communicate clearly about the businesses and industries we service. They will cultivate relationships with a variety of internal employees and executives as well as external teams, clients, and partners. This person is a strategic and creative problem solver with strong written and polished verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support agents, clients, and team on all aspects of impact-related initiatives.
- Manage specific client impact needs including:
- Develop overall impact strategy for client accounts
- Advise on strategic impact models (501c3, fiscal sponsorship, cause marketing, etc.)
- Recommend non-profit partnerships with an emphasis on long-term relationships and outcomes
- Implement impact-related programs (digital, event-based, content-related, on-set etc.)
- Work with Vice President to:
- Research and refine primary cause issue areas for clients and organizations
- Support impact-driven activations and campaigns
- Develop standard materials related to client consulting practice
- Create, compile and export databases containing all information for clients and partners
- Liase with third party nonprofits and partners on impact and client related projects
- Provide weekly client engagement reports
- Develop and execute key programing including client projects, virtual programming, and partnerships
You Have These:
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience working with cross industry and cross sector. An emphasis on the nonprofit and entertainment industries is a plus.
- Passion for sports and knowledge of the film, television, and media industries
- Knowledge of the impact related investment models, systems change models, and impact related consumer trends
- Organizational, prioritization and time management skills with the ability to effectively execute independently toward multiple, high-priority projects in a timely fashion
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Power Point, OneNote, Teams, Zoom, Asana; GuideStar, Charity Navigator; invoicing platforms such as, SAP Concur, is required.

- Verbal and written communication skills, including ability to confidently work with all levels of colleagues, consultants, managing directors, senior management, vendors, clients, etc.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$71,250 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$95,000 annually
