Position Summary: The Manager, Scouting & Development will be responsible for executing a comprehensive model scouting strategy in alignment with the organization's goals and target markets. This role requires identifying and establishing networks with independent talent scouts, mother agents, and industry professionals, as well as organizing and coordinating scouting events, casting calls, and auditions. The Manager will also build and maintain key relationships within the industry, stay updated on industry standards, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Scouting and Talent Identification:

  • Collaborate with the Global Scouting team to develop and implement a comprehensive model scouting strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and target markets.
  • Identify, establish, and maintain a network of independent talent scouts, mother agents, and other industry professionals who are procuring talent within the US.
  • Work closely with the Director of US Scouting to explore and capitalize on street scouting opportunities in the assigned territories.
  • Organize and coordinate a strategic plan to present to the VP of Global Scouting, including a detailed calendar of scouting events, casting calls, and auditions where IMG models will be represented.

Networking and Industry Relations:

  • Build and sustain relationships with key mother agencies and scouts within the assigned territories to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality talent.
  • Stay informed on industry standards, regulations, and ethical practices pertinent to the modeling industry to ensure compliance and uphold the organization's reputation.

Teamwork:

  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity, teamwork, and professional growth among team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless integration of scouting efforts with broader organizational initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in model scouting, talent management, or related industry roles.
  • Strong network within the modeling and fashion industry, particularly with mother agents and scouts.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours to attend scouting events and meet with potential talent.
  • A passion for the modeling and fashion industry and a keen eye for identifying emerging talent.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$67,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$90,000 annually
