Formed in 1898, WME is the longest-running talent agency. In 2009, William Morris Agency (WMA) merged with Endeavor to become one of the leading entertainment and media companies. WME represents the world's greatest artists and content creators across film, television, music, comedy, theatre, books, digital media, speaking, and brand partnerships.
Department
Representing an A-list roster of comedy clients, this team brings together comedic talent throughout WME to generate crossover opportunities including touring, TV, film, publishing, digital, and endorsements.
WME represents half of the new writers who joined "Saturday Night Live" during the 2021- 22 television season-more than any other agency.
Essential Responsibilities
Interns will participate in their assigned department's daily operations. Interns will work on department-specific research projects, perform administrative duties, and support their manager with ad-hoc daily tasks. Interns may be asked to complete an end of summer assignment or pitch (either individually or in assigned teams) utilizing the knowledge they have acquired over the course of the summer.
Qualifications
- Interest in comedy and in working with departments across WME to represent comedic talent.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through.
- Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a friendly, open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Must be able to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
- Must be dependable and proactive.
- Must be able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently.
- Must have a basic understanding of and strong desire to build a career in the entertainment industry.
Program Details
We offer internship opportunities within our global sports and entertainment businesses, including global cultural marketing agency 160/90; sports rights management, production, and digital content leader IMG (Rights, FC Diez, Seven League); global licensing business IMG Licensing; premium hospitality and live experiences leader On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), and entertainment agency WME (including WME Sports and Fashion). Locations include New York City, Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Dallas, Chicago, London, and Paris. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted.
In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking. Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.

- By December 13-19: Approved internships will post externally.
- Early January: Recruiters will kick off the recruiting process.
- January 31: Applications will be accepted through this date.
- February - March: The interview and selection process will take place.
- The program will be 10 weeks in length.

Recruitment Process
Our process consists of four steps.
- 1. Tell us your story. In addition to your application and resume, please attach a word document and in 300 words max, share why you're interested in the role. What are the unique perspectives, abilities, and qualities you would bring to the role? What do you hope to learn?
- 2. Video Interview with a Recruiter. If selected fort he next round, you will be contacted by the recruiting team to schedule a 30- minute video interview.
- 3. Video Interview with the Hiring Manager. If selected to move forward, you will meet with the hiring manager and potentially 1-2 additional team members.
- 4. Offer or Decline. If selected for the position, a recruiter will call to extend an offer. If you have not been selected, a recruiter will reach out to let you know.
Eligibility
Our program is designed for rising juniors, rising seniors, and those within six months of graduation from an undergraduate university, unless otherwise noted.
Candidates must indicate if they now or in the future require Endeavor to commence ("sponsor") an immigration case in order to employ them (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case).
Pay
We offer paid internships; rates vary based on location. Pay rates typically align with local required minimums and vary by country.

In October, TKO Group Holdings, Inc. announced it had reached a definitive agreement with Endeavor to acquire PBR, On Location, and IMG in a transaction expected to close in the first half of 2025. Therefore, interns securing placements within these specific businesses will be hired into or transferred into TKO and not Endeavor. TKO is majority owned by Endeavor.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
