Duties:

Sourcing, negotiating, and managing work contracts for a roster of roughly 40 models. Scouting, developing, and signing new talent. Responsible for client facing communications to schedule work on behalf of the talent. Maintain existing relationships with managements and agents across music, acting, and sport, and build and nurture these relationships to grow client and customers rosters across all areas. Coordinate across cross-functional departments (i.e., legal, accounting, and operations) to ensure adequate record-keeping for talent. Have the ability to create personal career paths and strategies across fashion and beauty for talent in all fields.

**15-20% Domestic and International travel.

Salary

$180,000 to $196,730/year, 40 hours/week

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$135,000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$180,000 annually
