This role sits within the Legal department of Endeavor's Client Representation Businesses (including WME, The Harry Walker Agency, IMG Models, Art + Commerce, and The Wall Group, among others). Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or entertainment company. Must be detail oriented, self-starter, who thrives in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Draft, negotiate and track representation agreements for Endeavor's client representation businesses;
  • Draft, negotiate and track protection letters;
  • Draft, negotiate and track NDAs with third parties;
  • Draft, negotiate and track other consulting agreements, settlement agreements and legal notices;
  • Coordinate agency guild requirements with WGA, DGA and SAG-Aftra;
  • Assist with client visa compliance;
  • Assist with Agency licensing requirements, conflicts of interest management and outside business interest inquiries;
  • Other legal tasks as needed for Endeavor's client representation businesses
  • Foster positive long-term relationships with WME clients, agents and other internal stakeholders.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$93,750 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$125,000 annually
