The Role and What You'll Do:

The ideal candidate must have the ability work in a fast paced work environment. The right person will own the functions of the desk with little supervision and make key decisions using sound judgement. Ability to understand and anticipate the needs of busy artists and clients while remaining calm under pressure is essential. Excellent communication and technical skills are a must. Previous assistant experience required, agency experience a plus.

  • Ownership of day-to-day functions of a busy desk


  • Ability to quickly prioritize and execute tasks with limited supervision


  • Daily communication with artists and ability to problem solve under pressure


  • Oversee artists bookings and coordinates all logistics


  • Accounting management (billing and wrapping jobs, creating estimates & deal memos)


  • Client facing - field incoming calls and requests appropriately


  • Maintain executive's and artists calendars


  • Interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, efficient, as well as a high level of professionalism and confidentiality


  • Keep all electronic and paper databases up to date


  • General administrative support


  • Flexibility with work hours

You Have These (Add Qualifications):

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


  • Excellent time management skills and confidence with prioritization of tasks


  • Creative problem solving ability


  • Able to evaluate situations quickly and pivot when necessary


  • Strong attention to detail


  • Comfortable communicating across levels, in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.


  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion


  • Should be experienced meeting the needs of a high level Executive


  • Ability to stay one step ahead in this fast-moving environment.


  • Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines while demonstrating poise, resourcefulness and the highest level of professionalism.


  • A demonstrated interest in fashion, beauty, media, and/or entertainment preferred.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$26.25 hourly

Hiring Range Maximum:
$35.00 hourly
