The Role and What You'll Do:
This position will support execute WMEF's social media platforms (current focus on IG + TikTok) and social brand presence. This will involve implementing and executing a strategic and creative social media plan, including content creation, copywriting and communication roll out per channel and platform.
- Report to the WMEF Director of Social + Web to execute social media strategy, planning and project management of all social activities.
- Strategize and focus on elevating the brand's public perception and reputation through a social centric lens.
- Produce regular reports and presentations on social metrics for WMEF Director of Social + Web - Set goals, track, analyze and report performance, identifying and implementing recommendations for improvement and growth
- Ability to execute and follow strategic direction: adhere to the overall social media strategy set by senior team members, ensuring all activities align with our brand's goals, follow direction from senior team members to implement social media strategy effectively
- Collaborate with other divisions, including Creative, Talent Management, Partner/Talent Marketing, and Communications
- Assist in promoting our roster of artists. A passion for luxury fashion, beauty and editorial content is essential. Work closely with Artists' managers in fashion/beauty sectors to enhance their visibility during major events and evergreen editorial/campaign work
- implementing the content and communication strategy through a social centric lens for brand content programs and campaigns
- Timely Response to Trends/News: stay updated on newsworthy events and pivot social media content and tactics quickly to maintain relevance and engagement. Actively manage and react to online social sentiment, amplifying and promoting social growth.
- Editorial Coverage and attention to detail: assist in newsroom style editorial coverage during Fashion weeks and red carpet award seasons, focusing on timely and engaging content
- Content sourcing and fact checking conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy in all content, source assets and meticulously fact check credits to ensure accuracy and authenticity for social publishing
- Support in concepting, developing, and executing engaging and high performing and cost-effective content (focus on video) to be used for social media content, with a focus on lo-fi video
- Maintain a deep understanding of social media platforms, digital forecast and trends, utilizing research and data-based approach to identify key social messages and audiences, and work consistently to form and amplify a consistent brand narrative and aesthetic.
- Social Media Monitoring and engagement: continuously monitor social media channels to respond promptly to mentions, comments, tags, reposts etc. Conduct and compare market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth through social media platforms.
- Analytics and Reporting: use analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of social media posts and campaigns, to inform data-driven decisions for improvement.
You Have These:
- At least 3+ years' experience in a role within marketing, content creation/production, communications, and/or public relations / advertising agency or related area with an emphasis on Luxury and Fashion/Beauty
- Demonstrate experience implementing successful social campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Proficiency in social media editing, reporting and scheduling tools and platforms including but not limited to Dash Hudson, Canva, CapCut
- Excellent knowledge of global social media landscape, platforms and content including Instagram, TikTok, Reels, video, stills, IG Stories
- Solid knowledge of Luxury and Fashion/Beauty social Landscape.
- Firm interest in learning to adapt to new innovative features on social platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating excellent copywriting skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Strategic mindset, with ability to respond to difficult, quick decisions.
- Team player who operates well in a dynamic, all hands-on deck environment.
- Proficiency in French and Italian is an added benefit.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during key fashion months (February, September)
- Bachelor's degree - Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism - preferred

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$64,480 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$75,000 annually
