The Role and What You'll Do:
The Digital Content Strategy Associate Manager, will be responsible for supporting owned and operated digital strategy and rollout for The Wall Group and WME Fashion. This role is based on-site in our New York City office and reports into the Digital Content Strategy Director, within the Content and Talent Strategy Team.
Responsibilities primarily include the maintenance of website and email marketing efforts, while collaborating with the talent strategy team and social media team on data analysis and reporting.
- Manage all web, email, and social plans and ensures delivery and performance.
- Collaborate inter-divisionally to ensure talent needs and goals are met and supported through owned and operated channels
- Collaborate with dedicated web manager on overall website updates
- Project manage and execute the email newsletters strategy with the Content Strategy Director and Talent Strategy team.
- Partner with the Social Media team in reporting social media campaign performance
- Track, analyze, and interpret the weekly and monthly performance analytics of all owned and operated channels and campaigns to make informed decisions
You Have These:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media and email
- Strong understanding of how all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Snapchat, etc) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc) and their community's work
- Experience in a role within content creation and production with an emphasis on Luxury and Fashion/Beauty
- Strong visual eye
- Strong copywriting skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe suite
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently, be self-directed and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong team mentality and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during key fashion months and Awards seasons
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree - Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism - preferred

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,406 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
$75,000 annually
