The WME Brand Partnerships team is committed to cultivating strong brand relationships and driving innovative business development opportunities across the agency's entire roster. Deals span a wide array of initiatives, including comprehensive 360-degree advertising campaigns, strategic paid social media collaborations, event appearances, and equity agreements.
We are actively looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who resonates with our vision to join the WME Brand Partnerships team as a key contributor to the agency's Latin roster, playing an essential role in expanding the agency's influence and impact within the Latin entertainment landscape and global Latin market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Creation of Partnerships: Direct the creation, strategy, and execution of tailored brand partnership opportunities specifically designed for the agency's Latin roster, collaborating closely with team to align partnerships with client's unique artistic vision and commercial goals, ensuring cultural relevance and authenticity.
- Expansion into High-Growth Markets: Identify and assess potential areas for expansion into the high-growth global Latin market, developing innovative partnerships with brands in technology, fashion, and lifestyle sectors that resonate with diverse audiences across the region, while considering cultural nuances that influence consumer preferences.
- Navigate Cultural Nuances: Demonstrate an ability to effectively navigate and leverage cultural nuances within the Latin Music industry and broader Latin entertainment sectors, creating authentic and impactful strategies and partnerships that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Fluency in Spanish: Exhibit advanced ability in Spanish for use in business contexts, including contract negotiations, client communications, and presentations. This skill is critical for building trust and effectively engaging with stakeholders across the global Latin market.
- Advocate for Clients: Serve as a dedicated representative for clients during negotiations, ensuring their interests are protected, while adeptly navigating cultural dynamics.
- Maintain Client Relationships: Cultivate and sustain lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals, translating these into actionable brand partnership strategies that drive mutual success, and ensuring interactions reflect cultural competence and understanding.
- Utilize Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics to assess market trends, consumer behavior, and partnership performance, ensuring strategies are informed by solid insights and measurable outcomes, with attention to cultural factors that influence market dynamics.
- Negotiate Contracts: Efficiently review, manage, and negotiate brand partnership contracts within a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring that terms and conditions maximize value for clients while safeguarding their interests, and considering cultural sensitivities.
- Oversee Contract Lifecycle: Manage the contract lifecycle from inception to execution, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, including legal, finance, and creative teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Proactively develop, manage, and nurture new business relationships and brand partnerships that contribute to achieving revenue targets for both the agency and clients.
- Leverage Existing Networks: Utilize established relationships within the global Latin market to explore and secure new partnership opportunities, facilitating expansion into high-growth markets while ensuring alignment with client goals and cultural considerations.
- Identify Market Trends: Perform thorough research to identify potential brand partners, analyzing data and trends to develop strategic insights that inform brand partnership strategies and recommendations, while considering cultural relevance in engagement approaches.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in the Latin Music industry and broader Latin entertainment sectors, with a proven track record of successfully securing and managing brand partnerships that enhance artist visibility and revenue.
- Demonstrated experience working with established Latin Music artists and global Latin brands, displaying an understanding of the industry's unique dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strong background in leading and negotiating brand partnership deals, particularly within the global Latin market, and experience in various deal structures, including sponsorships, endorsements, and co-branded initiatives, is essential.
- Proven ability to develop innovative brand partnership strategies that have resulted in measurable success for clients, including revenue growth, increased brand awareness, and enhanced market positioning.
- Experience in using data analytics tools to inform decision-making and strategy development, displaying proven ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies that enhance partnership performance and client revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and penetrate high-growth global Latin markets, understanding local cultural nuances, consumer preferences, and regulatory environments to inform brand partnership development.
- Experience in creating tailored strategies for engaging with new audiences in these markets, ensuring alignment with both brand goals and client expectations.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with a network of contacts in the global Latin market, including brands, advertising agencies, marketing companies, PR firms, artists, and talent managers, while effectively navigating cultural dynamics.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing for seamless interaction with clients and partners, as well as effective negotiation in business environments within the global Latin market.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a demonstrated ability to leverage data insights to drive revenue and optimize partnership performance.
