Withum is seeking a Change Management Leader to join our team. This person will be responsible for driving and managing organizational change initiatives to ensure successful adoption and implementation of new processes, systems, and structures. This role involves developing and executing change management strategies, engaging stakeholders, and minimizing resistance to change within a 2,000-person organization.

How You’ll Spend Your Time: 

  1. Developing Change Management Strategies:
    • Create and implement comprehensive change management plans that address the needs of the organization and its employees
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions
    • Identify and mentor Change Management Champions within the organization
  2. Engaging with Stakeholders:
    • Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and key stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives
    • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure understanding and alignment
  3. Assessing and Analyzing the Change Impact:
    • Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of changes on various departments and employees
    • Determine measures of success using Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for validation of results
    • Identify key stakeholders and assess their readiness for change
  4. Training and Support:
    • Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes
    • Provide ongoing support and coaching to managers and employees throughout the change process
  5. Monitoring and Evaluating:
    • Track and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
    • Collect feedback from employees and stakeholders to continuously improve change management practices
    • Develop a team of Change Champions for specific initiatives including evaluation, training and continuous monitoring.
  6. Communicating:
    • Design and implement communication plans to keep employees informed and engaged throughout the change process
    • Ensure transparency and clarity in all communications related to change initiatives

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to Have Many of The Following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Prosci Change Management or Certified Change Manager Professional is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • Experience in leading change initiatives within large organizations, preferably a professional services firm, is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and ability to demonstrate past success in implementing Change Management initiatives at an organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

The compensation for this position will vary by location. If you reside in California, New York City or Washington D.C., please see below. In addition to the base compensation, Withum offers a competitive benefits package and bonus program (for eligible roles) based on individual and firm performance. Final offer amounts are based on multiple factors such as the specific role, hiring location, as well as the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Washington, D.C. ranges are from $125,000 - $175,000 annually
New York City ranges are from $125,000 - $175,000 annually
