Role Description

Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, business analysts, and other professionals.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, address concerns, and support their professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Technical Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with TRIRIGA technology trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools.
- Hands-on experience with TRIRIGA development, BIRT, Integration and related technologies.
- Provide technical guidance to the team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with architects and technical leads to define system architecture and design.
- Collaborate in Code review , technical review of deliverables.
- Manage development, support , testing ,and Infrastructure tracks with technical input and guidance.
- Project Management:
- Prioritize projects based on business goals, resource availability, and strategic alignment.
- Create detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Single point of contact with customer on TRIRIGA Program.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
- Build strong relationships and manage expectations.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between different groups.
- Business Strategy and Growth:
- Work closely with business development teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of TRIRIGA's long-term strategy.
- Explore new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
- Reporting and Metrics:
- Prepare monthly business reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and project status.
- Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities.
- Innovation and Automation:
- Collaborate with TRIRIGA practice leaders to drive innovation within the organization.
- Identify areas where automation can improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Conflict Resolution and Escalations:
- Address team conflicts promptly and professionally.
- Escalate issues to senior management as needed.
- Maintain a positive and constructive work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

The potential compensation for this role is based on labor costs in local markets, as well as the job-related skills, knowledge and experience of the candidate. Expected base pay for this role ranges from $120,000 to $170,000 based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits and additional compensation offerings, including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options as well as potential incentive or variable compensation.
