PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES Be a Subject matter expert of Banking / FRUAD & RISK / Cards. Build Training Plans and curriculum roadmaps. Deliver required trainings to New Hires & Experienced colleagues. Database management, daily reports, and analysis (TNA & TNI) Audit transactions for colleagues on the floor on a prescribed sheet defined by the client / stakeholders. Coach and provide documented feedback as per the gaps identified in the audit. Attend Weekly calibration calls with the client/internal teams to as required. Define and align the learning curve with industry standards. Project Manage the Knowledge Acquisition and Knowledge Transfer around Domain, Product and Process Knowledge during new project transitions. Help prepare educational materials such as modules, case studies, videos etc. Collaborate and coordinate with different virtual teams across the globe for best practices and content assimilation. CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED Strong command over English >=5 years of experience in delivery and/or training for US Banking / Cards / Fraud & Risk process Collaborating with client and internal business stakeholders Excel, Word & PPT (Presentation) Coaching & Feedback Writing Process SOP's CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION >=5 years of experience in delivery and/or training for US Banking / Cards / Fraud & Risk process Certificaion pertaining to Banking / Fraud & Risk Once the application is received by HR, it can not be withdrawn.
