Wipro is urgently seeking for a skilled and motivated Tibco BWCE Medior or Senior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks Container Edition (BWCE). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of various systems and applications, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Your Responsibilities:

  • TIBCO Integration Development:
  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BWCE.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.

  • Implement best practices for scalable and efficient integration services.
  • Migration from TIBCO BW to BWCE:
  • Lead and participate in migration projects, transitioning TIBCO BW 5.x applications to TIBCO BWCE.
  • Perform code conversion, testing, and deployment in containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Analyze and resolve issues encountered during migration, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Cloud and Containerization:
  • Design and implement TIBCO BWCE solutions in cloud platforms in AWS or on-premise environments.
  • Work with Kubernetes for application deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
  • System Integration and Architecture:
  • Define integration architecture and patterns using TIBCO middleware products.
  • Ensure integration solutions adhere to architectural guidelines, performance, security, and scalability standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Technical Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience with TIBCO BW and at least 2+ years of experience with TIBCO BWCE.
  • Experience with migration from TIBCO BW 5.x to BWCE, including re-architecting and refactoring legacy code.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS .
  • Proficiency with SOAP, REST, JMS, HTTP, and other standard integration protocols.
  • Experience with integration architecture patterns, microservices, and API management.
  • Tools and Technologies:
  • Proficiency in TIBCO Administrator, EMS, Hawk, and other TIBCO suite products.
  • Knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus) and integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in agile development environments and methodologies.
  • Certification in TIBCO BusinessWorks or TIBCO Cloud Integration.
