Job Description

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the Client's Quality Engineering, DevOps, and Development stakeholders to implement and optimize DevOps-aligned Quality Engineering solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a large team of 400 Quality Engineers, ensuring efficient capacity planning and adjustment based on customer demand and project needs.
  • Engagement Strategy Alignment: Liaise with the Client's Full-Time Employees (FTEs) and align engagement strategies to meet the Client's Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change management, balancing the needs of various stakeholders while aligning strategies to enterprise goals and imperatives.
  • Metrics-Driven Governance: Implement governance models based on key performance metrics, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Quality Engineering strategies, and driving the ROI of automation solutions.
  • Reporting & Trend Analysis: Develop, track, and communicate trend analysis and detailed reports on the performance of the Quality Engineering team and automation initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing large Quality Engineering teams, preferably in a DevOps environment.
  • Strong understanding of BDD, test automation, and open-source and COTS / SaaS automation tools.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, particularly balancing complex needs across multiple teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage capacity and scale teams in response to dynamic customer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and change management skills

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $1,35,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
