1. Experience : ~5 to 8 years of Industry & Domain expertise
2. Hands-on proficiency with Perf Testing Tools like (Load Runner, JMeter, Rational Integration tester, etc.,) & Monitoring (splunk, Dynatrace, Kibana, etc)
3. Hands-on working experience in Automation tools esp Jenkins & tool (as in pt 2) native automation
4. Expertise in Java Profiling & Technical Analysis
5. Operational Exposure to DevOps & CICD
6. Hands-on Java Coding & Scripting knowledge
7. Engineering Degree with good academic track record
8. Proficiency in written and spoke English
