Roles & Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Have strong experience in doing green-field implementation of ServiceNow of ITSM/ITSM Pro
- Define, design and implement ServiceNow solutions aligning to business requirements
- Provide technical consultation in terms of using ServiceNow best practices for implementations
- Create technical implementation strategies from business requirements
- Implement ServiceNow solutions in all applications/modules such as ITSM Pro, ITOM, ITAM
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, Jelly), integrations (REST, SOAP), Flow Designer and workflows.
- Experience of Remedy or Symphony Summit with data migration to ServiceNow is a plus.
- Have experience in CMDB
- Experienced in Service Level management and SLA configuration
- ServiceNow Agent workspace
- Lead ServiceNow support team of configuration, development, and new features/plugins, investigate complex issues and review code as required.
- Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor technical progress of ServiceNow implementations and maintenance/administration tasks.
- Design ServiceNow technical solutions and provide detailed specifications for those proposed solutions as required.
- Serve as a thought leader, to influence and develop scalable strategies, frameworks, and architectures.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to steer the best decisions and drive the right business outcomes.
- Ensure that new development does not negatively impact performance and monitor performance using instance observe.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Experience in working in Agile projects
- ServiceNow certifications
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator(Must have)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer ( Preferred)
