The Senior Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex M3 and eCommerce projects for the organization's implementation efforts.

Senior Project Manager - Infor M3
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ability to work remotely and onsite when required
• Manages billable ERP implementation projects and consulting team members from initiation through delivery.
• Outline tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
• Identifies all the internal and external resources required to complete each project successfully.
• Accountable for managing the client project, ensuring that all targets and requirements are met, on schedule and within budget, while operating with minimal supervision.
• Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
• Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
• Maintains project financial and project profitability, including resource scheduling, revenue forecasting per project, billing reconciliations, expense report, and time approval for project work, etc.
• Acts as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors.
• Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with all project members.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
• Travels to the customer site to perform most duties; the ability to travel up to 60% is expected.
• Keeps LeanSwift leadership informed of precise project progress, financial status, risks, and issues.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and continued learning and exploration of Infor products; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required.
• At least three (7) years of related experience required.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience with Infor M3 software preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills working within a matrix organization.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software (i.e. Smartsheet, BigTime).
• Candidate must be currently located in the US or Canada and have a valid work permit to work in the US or Canada.
