- Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
- Expertise in visual design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD).
- Ability to design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
- Experience in designing end-to-end service experiences.
- Skills in journey mapping and service blueprinting.
- Ability to organize and structure content effectively.
- Experience in creating sitemaps and navigation structures.
- Proficiency in mapping and analysing workflows.
- Understanding of integration libraries and APIs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Rally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
Industry Experience
- Experience in designing applications for enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
- Experience in automating manual workflows and processes.
- Experience with integrating systems like SAP and SharePoint.
Job Functions
- Lead the design process from concept to implementation.
- Mentor and guide junior designers.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
- Gather and analyse user requirements.
- Develop interactive prototypes for user testing.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Create detailed design specifications and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design a custom task management and collaboration app within ServiceNow.
- Ensure the app meets user needs and business objectives.
- Map and analyse existing workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Design new workflows for integration into ServiceNow.
- Design and implement integration solutions for SAP and SharePoint.
- Ensure seamless data flow and user experience across platforms.
- Design and implement 5+ submission forms with a focus on usability and accessibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on service design.
- Proven experience in designing enterprise-level applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience with ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and processes.
2. Skill upgradation and competency building
- Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
- Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
- Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
