Key Primary experience:

1. Test management background with a proven history of success and Experience managing complex/large software testing projects (15 plus years)
2. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders with in the Testing organisation of Customer
3. Prior experience of test frameworks design & implementation on large scale programmes and enhancing existing test processes
4. Mandatory exposure with quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no-go decision based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status
5. Experience around TCoE, Testing Transformation engagement planning, design, execution and tracking
6. Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high quality deliverables for clients independently

7. Proficiency in software testing methodologies and processes
8. Knowledge & awareness on different software testing tools and techniques
9. Familiarity with Automation, Performance, Test Data, Mobile service offerings and high level knowledge in these areas.
10. Awareness on latest industry trends, AI enabled Testing Tools, GenAI
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong organizational and leadership capabilities

Additional skills:

1. Provide QA Governance across process areas, relationship management
2. Co-ordinating with business, QA, infrastructure, development, and 3rd party application owners
3. Track implementation of QA best practices at the project level
4. Review and Sign-off of test artefacts
5. Plan, schedule and conduct internal QA audits
6. Evaluates the impact of the audit findings and identifies corrective/ preventive actions
7. Identifies quality system improvements and in collaboration with training team provides staff training on Quality Policies and Quality Systems
8. Performs base lining and benchmarking and drives quality across the project
9. Effectively monitor, control and support testing delivery to ensure systems and procedures are followed for contracted deliverables
10. Attend and provide input to client review meetings covering performance, improvements, quality and processes
11. Ensuring resource rotation and employee satisfaction.
12. Responsible for implementing overall process standardization.
13. Drive testing process maturity across QA programs
14. Perform root cause analysis of testing observations along with team
