???Good hands-on experience OAF development and related customizations
???Performance tuning for custom components
???Minor changes in the ad-hoc and custom components
???Mandatory Skill: PL/SQL, Oracle XML Reports and Forms, Extensions, Interfaces/Conversions, Workflows
???Added advantage of Middleware integration with ISG (REST API's)

Should be strong in PLSQL, Oracle Forms, OAF, Workflows, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher Reports
