• 15+ years of software Quality Engineering/ testing experience
• Experience in business development roles with defined $ targets
• Minimum 5 years of Presales/End-to-End Solution experience, testing specific
• Experience in shaping and driving E2E solutioning for testing large deals (>10Mn USD annual revenue)
• Hands on Experience in handling large programs and driving Quality engineering transformation across customers
• Exposer to working with senior VP level stakeholders in customer organization and internally
• Expected to handle high performing team of Presales, automation architects and QE consultants
• Excellent Oral communication and technical writing Skills
• Excellent understanding of market trends, technical solutions and automation tools
• Connects with analysts and tool vendors is an added advantage
• Need to be familiar with common testing tools, like Tricentis Tosca, UFT, Selenium, Load Runner etc.
• Should be self motivated and work as an individual contributor and ready for travel

• 10+ years of overall software Quality Engineering/testing experience
• Minimum 4 years of testing Presales experience (mandatory) - Responding to RFXs, estimations, creating presentations
• Minimum 2 years of experience in test automation and API testing (mandatory)
• Experience in shaping and driving E2E solutioning for testing large deals (>5Mn USD annual revenue)
• Hands on experience in test case design and test strategy preparation, familiarity with both manual and automation testing
• Need to be familiar with common testing tools, like Tricentis Tosca, UFT, Selenium, Load Runner etc.
• Need to have understanding of effort estimation methodology and different commercial modelling
• Need to be familiar with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud Concept ,Waterfall etc.
• Should have handled testing only proposals, integrated proposal with testing requirement, cloud-based testing related proposal etc.
• Domain experience in any one or more domains like Retail, Communication, Energy & Utility, Finance markets, Insurance, Health, will be added advantage
• Should have excellent Oral communication, technical writing and presentation skills
• Need to own the pre-sales & business pursuit activities like, RFP/RFI Response Preparation, Proposal Presentation etc.
