Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver any client solution
Do
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP Group Reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud, Analysis for Office and SAP HANA modeling systems, addressing user issues and ensuring system stability
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in a timely manner to minimize business disruptions
- Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and optimize existing processes
- Perform system monitoring and take proactive measures to prevent and mitigate system issues
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, configurations, and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new requirements
- Develop and execute tests for SAP Group Reporting and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Identify and rectify defects and issues discovered during the testing phases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful testing and deployment of SAP solutions
- Participate in change management processes, including creating change requests, doing impact analysis, and coordination of changes with relevant stakeholders
- Support the deployment of SAP system updates, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions by coordinating with our other SAP professionals
- Collaborate with project teams to assess and implement requested changes and enhancements.
